Error Message: "Invalid Win32 program"

User gets the error message: "invalid Win32 program" when trying to install Docking Station or a file downloaded from the shop.

I've forgotten my password! What do I do?

I registered for Docking Station but I can't remember my password.

Can't launch Docking Station

Whenever I try to load Docking Station, it pops up in "InstallBlast" window that says it's having a hard time finding a file online. I retry but nothing happens.

I just registered but Docking Station says it can not find my username.

I registered at the Creature Labs website but Docking Station will not let me create new worlds because it does not recognise my username or password. What could be wrong?

A player wondered what happened to a Norn when it dies as there isn't a graveyard in Docking Station.

Loading a "docked" game world causes the loading bar to freeze.

If you have Creatures 3 installed and you create a docked world, the game loading screen may freeze up. Also, if you use Ctrl + Alt + Delete to bring up the task control dialogue box, you will see that the entry for "engine" is "not responding".
