Digitising the Real World

REPLICATE was an three year 2016 – 2019 EU3m H2020 project that assembled a team of research institutions, and SMEs to facilitate digital representation of the real world.

This photogrammetry project used Smartphones and their sensors to capture images and generate 3D reconstructions of objects and their surroundings.

Big Data

Gameware was a work package leader and took responsibility for the project website, asset repository and APIs.

We also provided the distribution network and shared VR workspace for 3D assets.

Gameware also set up an Industry Advisory Board to help provide useful feedback.

AI Testing and Verification

Intelligent Verification/Validation for Extended Reality Based Systems

The iv4XR project is a three year EU3m H2020 project that runs from October 2019 until December 2022 – four Universities and three SME’s.

The project seeks to deliver Auto testing tools that enable bot testing of Mixed reality environments

Gameware provided a BIM compliant sensor monitoring testbed and contributed strongly within the Marketing and Dissemination Work Package.

Objective 1

Develop an intelligent multi-agent based verification approach, scalable to handle XR based systems.

Objective 2

Develop a well-founded computational approach to appraise the human emotions that would be induced by a series of interactions with target XR systems.

Objective 3

Deliver an open multi-agent verification technology framework for XR based systems.
