Gameware Europe has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy. This policy discloses the privacy practices for the Gameware Europe websites.
Information Collection
Gameware Europe only collects personal information from visitors to our websites on a voluntary basis and only during (1) registration for membership areas, online games and chat; (2) email marketing campaigns; (3) the registration of products; and (4) the order of products from our online Mall. Personal information collected may include your name, email address, phone number, home address and date of birth. Visitors purchasing products from our online Mall will also need to provide a valid credit card number, expiration date and delivery address. Cookies

For example, the user will not be able to use our Mall or play Creatures Docking Station. Site and Services Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. Where possible, our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information.
